RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return information

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

We only accept returns if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging including labels and tags.

How to return goods

For a quick and easy returns process, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected]  and they will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund, , the money will be refunded according to the original form of payment.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective goods

If the product is defective when you receive it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the defect.

We will arrange a free return for a refund or replacement for you at no additional cost.

Repeat return

We offer a flexible return policy to facilitate your online shopping experience. We also track customer returns. Multiple returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, result in closure of your account or refusal of future orders.

Exchange

We do not currently offer an exchange option. You can buy products you like and return products you don’t want to keep.
