Shipping destinations

We currently deliver to all US territories. If customers are not located in this area, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

Order processing time

Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (CST) Monday to Friday.

Order processing time is 1-3 business days and is used for quality assurance testing, packaging, printing shipping labels and forwarding to the shipping unit for dispatch.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please note: for customer protection, all orders are subject to review and may be subject to delays. Please consider weekends and holidays.

Delivery time

Standard shipping time for each order is 7-15 days.

However, your order may be delivered to you a few days late due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, weather, etc. If there is a delay, we will notify you.

Transport fee

We offer shipping throughout the United States for a flat fee of $6.99.

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.

Cancel order

We will not be able to cancel an order once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule, if you do not email us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will most likely be unable to cancel the order. However, please email us at [email protected]  as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Orders that cannot be delivered

All packages that are refused, unclaimed by the local post office or are undeliverable due to you entering an incorrect name or address when placing an order will not be our responsibility. So please remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

International taxes and duties

For orders outside the United States, your order may be subject to import taxes that are applied when the shipment arrives in your country. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties imposed on your package upon delivery.

You will be responsible for paying additional customs clearance fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Please contact your local customs office for more information.
